Gal Krubiner is the Chief Executive Officer and a co-founder of Pagaya, an AI data-driven financial technology company reshaping the future of finance. As CEO, Gal brings with him extensive experience in the investments and wealth management industry, with a specialization in innovative and sophisticated credit structured products. With his insights, Pagaya is changing the way the industry thinks about credit thanks to its first-of-its-kind machine learning and big data analytics. Under his leadership, Gal has grown the team at Pagaya in just 5 years, bolstering its staff from 10 people to a company of 300+ employees. 
 

Prior to Pagaya, Gal focused on structuring and distributing sophisticated credit and asset-backed securities (ABS) products with UBS AG, as well as other positions specializing in investment, entrepreneurism, and financial markets. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics & Statistics from Tel Aviv University. Gal has been awarded accolades such as Rising Star from Business Insider and more.
